  • 3/4chicken wings
  • 4 tbsspoons flax seeds
  • 4 piecesgarlic
  • 4 tbssoy sauce
  • 3 tbshoney

Steps

    Wash and dry the chicken wings

  2. 2

    Mix the chicken wings with soy sauce,salt and garlic cloves

  3. 3

    Place the chicken in the oven for 40 mins for 180 degrees

  4. 4

    I used by double grill to put the wings on it.Put 3 tbs of honey,a little soy sauce and flax seeds to garnish for three to 5 minutes before serving
