Cheesy Garlic Pockets

All kids love cheese and they even love garlic bread. They are always ready to have cheesy garlic bread. So keeping that thing in mind, I have tried to create a healthy recipe in which I have used wheat flour roti and fresh garlic and cheese stuffing to create a cheesy garlic pocket. This recipe is very easy to prepare and it is absolutely loved by kids! In absence of fresh garlic, you can even use normal minced garlic.

Steps
- 1
First of all add oil and salt to wheat flour and make a slightly stiff dough. Cover and keep it for 15 minutes.
- 2
To prepare garlic oil, heat ghee in a pan and add finely chopped fresh garlic to it and saute it for 2 minutes. Now add red chilli powder, coriander powder and salt to it and cook it for 1 minute. Turn off the heat. Let it cool down completely before using it.
- 3
Divide the dough into 6 equal portions. Now take one portion and roll out a big circle from it. Now apply garlic oil on top and top it up with chopped fresh garlic and coriander leaves. Now put a slice of cheese on top. Now fold it from top and bottom and then on the sides. It should look like a pocket as shown in the picture.
- 4
Now roast this pocket on medium heat from both sides using little oil. Cook it until golden brown on both sides. Prepare all the pockets in the same way.
- 5
Cut these cheesy garlic pockets into triangles. It can be served with any type of sauce or chutney.
