My son really loves this dish.

Cut the paneer into thick cubes. Use yogurt with the water drained out. In a bowl, combine all the ingredients: yogurt, chickpea flour, salt, turmeric powder, chili powder, roasted cumin powder, dried fenugreek leaves, mustard oil, and ginger-garlic paste.

Add the paneer cubes to the mixture and let them marinate for 30 minutes. After marinating, thread the paneer, onion, and bell pepper onto skewers. Cook on low heat, preferably on a grill or griddle, until golden and slightly charred.

Grill on low heat for 2 to 3 minutes on each side.
