Moonglet or vegetarian omelette

Grind 200 gm soaked moong dal into a fine paste in a mixer.

Add all other ingredients except eno. Mix well. It should be similar to dosa batter consistency.

Take around 35 gms or 1 ladle of batter into a bowl. Add 1/4 tsp eno and 1 tsp water. Mix well. Spread on a greased girdle and cook on sim till light brown. Flip over and cook the other side also.

Serve with tomato sauce. Similarly make other dosas also. Makes 6 dosas.
