First boil the brinjals

Take a kadhai and heat the oil add hing and jeera and saute it at chilli and ginger garlic paste.

Now add chopped onion and saute it

Add Chopped tomatoes and all the spices

When tomato cookwell add boiled brinjal and mix well and cook 5_ 10 minutes in medium flame

Of the flame and serve it hot with chapati
