Clean the potatoes and cut them into rectangular pieces

Wash the potatoes thoroughly

Take a bowl of hot water and add 1 tbsp of salt

Soak the potatoes in the hot water for about 10 minutes

Drain the water and dry the potatoes by using a kitchen towel

Heat some oil and deep fry the potatoes in low flame for about 5 minutes

Drain the excess oil and let them cool

Fry the chips again until they become crunchy

Drain the excess oil and an some salt, pepper powder and chilli older as per your preference
