Ingredients

  1. 1/2 bowlmoong sabut dal
  2. 4 slicesbrown bread
  3. as per taste Salt
  4. 1/4 tspred chilli powder
  5. 1/4 tspcumin seeds powder
  6. 1/4 tspcoriander seeds powder
  7. 1/4 tspchaat masala
  8. 2 tbspkasuri methi
  9. as required Water for soaking dal
  10. as required Cooking Oil for shallow fry
  11. as neededTomato ketchup for serving

Cooking Instructions

    Wash and Soak moong Daal in water for 4 hours. Strain the water and tie dal in a muslin cloth for 6 hours. Damp the cloth in between. Sprouts will come. Then transfer it in a mixer and grind to a fine paste.

    Add all dry masale mentioned about and mix thoroughly. Cut brown bread diagonally. Apply 2 tb spoon dal paste on one side of bread.

    Heat a non-stick griddle and put bread slices on griddle pointing dalportion ib griddle. Now apply dal paste on other side of bread. Shallow fry by applying litte oil.

    Flip the side and Shallow fry from other side also.

  5. 5

    Serve hot with Tomato ketchup.
