Firstly take a cooker add lauki chana dal salt and turmeric powder and cook 4 to 5 whistles

Now take a kadhai heat desi ghee add him and jeera and saute it

Add ginger garlic paste and saute it

Now and onion and cook in golden brown adda tomato fury and all spices and cook 5to 10 minutes

Now add this masala in the boiled lauki and chana dal and cook 5 to 10 minutes

Your lauki chana dal is ready to serve
