Take one bole to add bason salt turmeric powder kasuri methi and red chilli powder. Mix it with water and make pakoda. Rest at for 5 to 7 minutes then again mixed it properly.

Take one non-stick Pan add oil and make pakoda and keep aside. Take another Big Bowl add 1 teaspoon besan and then add curd and buttermilk. Makes it properly it should be lunps free.

Take one big heavy bottom kadai. Add oil weight for 1 minute then add methi seeds mustard seeds jeera turmeric powder and curry leaves. For the card mixture into kadai and keep stirring until its boil. After one boil ads for coders and keep stirring for 5 to 7 minutes then add salt.
