3 and wash potatoes cut into slices and dip into water.

Make a smooth batter of gram flour in a bowl.great gallic in it.add all masala and amchur powder in it.put aside it for half hour.

In a plate set all potatoes and sprinkle All dry masala on it. In a pan heat oil and fry all pieces. After mostly fry take out from oil.

After few minutes repeat the following steps so that the potatoes cook put proper. Now crispy pakoras are ready to serve with tomato ketchup.
