Ingredients

9 cookies
  1. 225 gflour
  2. 1 tbcornstarch
  3. 0,5ts baking soda
  4. 0,25ts salt
  5. 140 gmargarine
  6. 110 gbrown sugar
  7. 40 ggranulated sugar
  8. 90 mlalmond milk
  9. 1,5ts vanilla aroma (liquid)
  10. 180 ghazelnut dark chocolate (vegan)

Steps

    Pre-heat the oven on 170 C.

  2. 2

    Place the margarine in the oven for a few seconds until it's slightly soft but not melted.

  3. 3

    In a large bowl whisk together flour, cornstarch, baking soda and salt.

  4. 4

    In a small bowl using a mixer combine sugar and margarine, then add milk and vanilla and mix again.

  5. 5

    Add the sugar mix to the big bowl and combine well.

  6. 6

    Cut chocolate bar into small bits and add them to the dough.

  7. 7

    Using a spoon form 9 flat cookies on a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  8. 8

    Bake the cookies for around 20 min, they should still be somewhat soft.
