Steps

Wash dry and cut bhindi into 1 inch pieces. Slice 1 medium size onion.

Take a kadai. Add 1tbsp oil. Heat, add onion sliced. Fry till light brown.

Add chopped bhindi, salt and haldi. Mix well, cook till half done.

Add 1tsp chilli powder, mix. Cook. When almost done add 1tsp jal jeera masala. Mix. Cook for a few minutes and serve.
