There is no need to knead the dough for this bread recipe. Its very easy to make and makes nice and soft homemade bread.

There is no need to knead the dough for this bread recipe. Its very easy to make and makes nice and soft homemade bread.

Grease and dust bread tin.
In a blender jug add milk, sugar, yogurt, yeast and oil and blitz it until all incorporated. - 2
Remove in a large bowl and add salt and flour. Add small amounts at a time. Transferred in a bread tin and cover with cling film. Keep in warm place until double in size. Sprinkle some seeds if you like.

Bake in a preheated oven for 30 minutes at 170C. Check with a toothpick. If it comes out clean the bread is done.
Let it cool completely. Remove from tin and enjoy freshly baked bread. - 4
