First prepare the wet masala....Grind coconut, Chana, kaju and funnel seeds....and make a fine paste

Put oil in the kadhai...put all garam masala, red chilli, jeers and fry till aroma comes.

Add chopped onions and fry

Now add tomatoes and curry leaves and fry

Add onion and fry for some more time

Add ginger garlic paste, turmeric, coriander powder and fry for some more time once fried properly put all vegetables and fry for some more time

Once fried properly put the white wet masala and put one glass of water and let it boil

Once the raw smell of funnel seeds and cocononut goes off the gas and your veg kurma is ready
