Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Line a pan with parchment paper and place salmon skin side down.

In a bowl, mix together 1 tbs oil, lemon juice, 1-2 cloves of garlic, a squirt of dijon and onion/garlic powder.

Spread oil mixture all over the salmon and place in oven for 20-30 minutes.
