Extra Delicious! Dried Chicken

I tried making this like dried vegetables. When I'm in a hurry I leave this out to dry in the morning with the laundry, then I can eat it at night.
For the herbs, use whatever you have at home.
For the drying, if possible set it out the night before, and you can enjoy it the following night. That's the most delicious. For the net, I used the one that comes with mandarin oranges. Cooking Instructions

Rub salt and pepper, herb mix, and minced rosemary into the chicken well.

Place the chicken in a net or the equivalent that came with mandarin oranges. Set outside in a well-ventilated area for at least half a day, a whole day if possible.

Cook using a grill. If cooking in a frying pan, spread out about 1 tablespoon of oil and cook from the skin on medium heat until the skin is crispy, then turn it over and cook the other side similarly. If you cook it in an oven or a grill, it renders the oil for a lighter finish.

Cut into thick slices, eat as-is, or put on top of a salad.
