Ingredients

4 servings
  • 350 gchicken breast
  • 1 1/2 Tbspsake
  • 1 1/2sugar
  • 1 tspsalt
  • 1 pinchpepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Rub the chicken with sugar, salt, pepper, sake.

  2. 2

    Cook the chicken in aluminum foil in a covered frying pan for about 10 mins. Let it cool.

  3. 3

    Cut into thin slices and eat with dressing or sauce to your taste. Of course it's good to eat as it is.
