Simple Avocado, Tuna & Cheese Pasta

I'm searching for ways to make avocado delicious. The trick here is to use cheese and oil instead of mayonnaise.

-It'll be better if you make it chunky instead of finely mashing the avocado.
-You can add tomatoes, sliced onions and lettuce too if you'd like.

Ingredients

1 serving
  1. 1/2Avocado
  2. 1/2 canCanned tuna
  3. 2 tbsp●Grated cheese
  4. 1 tbsp●Olive oil
  5. 1Salt and coarsely ground pepper
  6. 1serving Pasta
  7. 1Lemon (optional)

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Add salt to a generous amount of boiling water and start cooking the pasta. Put the peeled avocado into a bowl along with the drained tuna, oil, and cheese.

    Mash it all with a fork to your desired consistency.

  3. 3

    Drain the pasta, add to the bowl, and toss together. Season with salt.

  4. 4

    Sprinkle some pepper on top and it's done. Add a spritz of lemon juice for a refreshing kick.
