I'm searching for ways to make avocado delicious. The trick here is to use cheese and oil instead of mayonnaise.

-It'll be better if you make it chunky instead of finely mashing the avocado.
-You can add tomatoes, sliced onions and lettuce too if you'd like.

Ingredients

1/2Avocado
1/2 canCanned tuna
2 tbsp●Grated cheese
1 tbsp●Olive oil
1Salt and coarsely ground pepper
1serving Pasta
1Lemon (optional)

Steps

Add salt to a generous amount of boiling water and start cooking the pasta. Put the peeled avocado into a bowl along with the drained tuna, oil, and cheese.

Mash it all with a fork to your desired consistency.

Drain the pasta, add to the bowl, and toss together. Season with salt.

Sprinkle some pepper on top and it's done. Add a spritz of lemon juice for a refreshing kick.

Wow! I made the basic version plus onion.....when we sat down to eat, it was like I had been transported to a top Italian restaurant!
A creamy seafood delight.
