I like dense and chewy bread, but depending on what you want to make sometimes a light bread is more suitable. For example, for bread with things kneaded into the dough, a lighter dough is better as it won't be so stretchy. And if the toppings/additions are on the heavy side, a light-textured bread is nicer. So this is a light-textured version of my basic sweet bread dough, for when you need it.Since this dough has a relatively high moisture content, it's easy to knead. I know this isn't really a recipe but it looked really cute and after finding out some people don't know what condensed milk is I had to enlighten. Condensed milk is (to me) one of the most delicious things I've tasted. I usually use it as a dipping sauce with fruit but I sometimes find myself eating it alone.

My friend Makunouchi told me about inexpensive and convenient dried shiro-an powder, so I've been using it to make many kinds of an (bean paste). I tried making a milk-flavored paste with it, and it was delicious.If you reduce the paste too much and it become too stiff, add a little milk to loosen it up. If you prefer the paste to be sweeter, add more sugar to taste. If you prefer it to be less sweet, try reducing the condensed milk rather than the sugar.
