400 gpotatoes
150 gchestnuts
200 mlhot veg stock
Knobbutter
Salt to taste

Peel, chop and boil potatoes in salted water. Make a slit on the flat side of each chestnut. Boil for about 10-12 mins. Drain, peel, break up into small pieces and set a side

Mashed potatoes with a little butter. Add the chestnuts (save a few for garnish), stock and mix. Now using a hand blender, whizz up until smooth.

Serve with a few chopped chestnuts on top
