Chocolate barfi roll is a sweet prepared from khoya. Apart from khoya it can be prepared from milk powder also. Chocolate barfi roll is prepared very speedily and with minimum ingredients.
During festivals, marriage functions, parties and other functions at all such occasions this sweet is very much liked. Being chocolate taste and flavor kids and children likes this sweet. So now lets prepare the sweet which is liked by all.

In a non-stick pan add khoya and sugar and mix it well and roast it at low flame.

When the sugar water gets burnt and the mixture gets thick till that at low flame keep stirring and roast it.

From the ready thick mixture separate half of the mixture and add coco powder to the other half mixture left and mix it well.

From the separated mixture add vanilla essence and mix it well.

Divide equally the chocolate mixture and make rolls of it. Same way make rolls of the vanilla essence mixture such that each of it has four rolls.

Now blend the chocolate mixture roll and vanilla essence roll such that a single roll is prepared.

Take this roll and hold it from one end twist it from other end so that our chocolate barfi roll is ready.

This roll can be cut into desired size and is ready to serve.
