Peel and cut the yum in small cubes. Wash it properly. In a sauce pan boiled the yum with a little salt for 2 minutes. Once it done. Cool it & strain the water and keep a side. Heat Kadai fry 1/2 tsp cumin seeds for few minutes. Then add the vegetables add little salt so that the vegetables cook fast.

Grind the masala into paste. Now add the masala paste mix it properly and fry for 2 minutes till the raw smell of masala goes off. Then add water as needed.

Cover and cook till it is dry and the vegetables become tender. Add garam masala powder and tamarind pulp. Mix..,..well. Cook for few minutes. Now it is done.

Transfer to a bowl garnish with chopped dhania leaves. Serve....with hot....chapatis
