Easy Low-Cale Sweet and Savory Chicken Tenders

I made this with the things I had on hand to prepare dinner for my son, who tends to eat unbalanced meals.
For small children or for people who prefer light flavors, you can skip the pre-seasoning. The katakuriko mades the chicken tenders plump and juicy. Try pan frying the white part of leeks with the chicken, or adding some garnish like chopped green onions or grated ginger and so on. Recipe by Picchiri

Cooking Instructions
- 1
Remove the sinew from the chicken tenders, and slice diagonally into easy to eat pieces. Season the chicken with the ★ ingredients. Combine the ※ ingredients.
- 2
Pat the chicken tenders dry with paper towels, and coat well with katakuriko. If you just dust it lightly the chicken pieces will get stuck together and roll up into a ball, and be hard to handle later.
- 3
Put a little oil in a non-stick frying pan, and put the chicken pieces in the pan in a single layer, trying not to overlap them. Cook on one side slowly over low heat. Take the chicken out of the pan and set aside.
- 4
Put the combined ※ ingredients into the same frying pan and heat. Return the chicken to the pan and coat with the sauce.
- 5
When there's little moisture left in the pan and the sauce has thickened, sprinkle in the sesame seeds and turn off the heat.

Lemon-Simmered Chicken Tenders Lemon-Simmered Chicken Tenders
I loved this lemon-simmered chicken in my school lunch as a student. I never missed a day of school when it was on the menu. Since I can't eat school lunches, I recreated this dish.Be sure to dust off any excess flour. If there's too much it thickens the sauce. When heating the sauce, once it starts to bubble, add the chicken. If you overcook it, the lemon flavor will be lost. For 5. Recipe by mowmuu cookpad.japan -
Basic Chicken Tenders Basic Chicken Tenders
It’s all about what you dip them in am I right? Out of 4 half breasts, I made an entire platter. Very inexpensive and very delish. It only took 30 minutes from start to finish. I’m not saying it isn’t a messy process, but the end results are worth it. They cook up quick and beautiful and they freeze well. SherryRandall: The Leftover Chronicles -

Plump & Tender Pan Fried Chicken Tenders Plump & Tender Pan Fried Chicken Tenders
Chicken tenders are low in calories so they're often eaten when you're on a diet, but since my husband isn't on a diet I transformed it. I thought of a recipe that wouldn't dry out the chicken and that would be delicious enough for my husband to eat.- Make sure you remove the sinew!- Flatten them out well (about as thick as a chicken nugget).- This time I let them marinate overnight and cooked them in the morning for bentos. I always marinate and store a large batch and then just cook the amount that I want to use for dinner or bentos! For 3 servings. Recipe by Noriakikun no tsuma cookpad.japan -
Budget-Saving Fried Chicken Tenders Budget-Saving Fried Chicken Tenders
My mother made this for me many times when I was growing up. To me this is what fried chicken tenders should taste like. You can make many more than using whole tenders, and the thin pieces are easy to eat for the children. It's really a budget saver just before payday since I can make a whole mound of it.The only tip I can think of is to press the breadcrumbs onto the surface, I think. Even little children who have a hard time eating whole chicken tenders have no problem eating these thin ones.If you press too hard, though, the meat will get tough, so be careful!!! For 4-5 servings. Recipe by Padobure cookpad.japan -

Breaded & Pan-Fried Chicken Tenders Breaded & Pan-Fried Chicken Tenders
I copied a dish that an Italian chef made on TV and it was a huge hit with my family I couldn't remember all of the ingredients, but I just changed the spices and it came out really good, so this became one of my easy and delicious recipes. In Step 1, if the chicken isn't thinned out, they will be difficult to cook all the way through the center. In Step 2, besides the panko and the grated cheese, the amount of spices is just an estimate.I just used some pasta ingredients that I had already. If you add too much it will be too salty though so only use a moderate amount. Recipe by Keitandesuyo cookpad.japan
