Cheese-flavored Okara Cookies for Dieters

I'm on a diet, so I've been researching ways to make food with diet-friendly okara. I switched my breakfast to these cookies and soy milk or vegetable juice, and lost 4 kg in only a month. You won't get tired with these cookies since the cheese-flavor is so tasty.
Be careful not to burn yourself when mixing the warm okara. Feel it with your hands and let it cool as you mix. Though, if it cools down too much, it won't mix with the cheese.

Bring out the fresh okara and the cheese.

Finely chop the cheese.

Put the okara into a heatproof dish and microwave for 2 minutes without covering it with plastic wrap.

Put the warm okara, salt, and the chopped cheese into a thick plastic bag. Mix with your hands until the dough becomes sticky.

Roll it up into a long sausage shape. Once cooled, chill in the fridge.

Cut into 5-6 mm slices, align on a baking tray, and bake for 20 minutes at 190℃.
