I wanted make healthy and delicious cookies.
These are rich in iron and fiber, so they also make a great snack when you're on a diet.

If they're not crispy to the inside after they cool, please bake an extra 10 minutes.
Except for the cranberry, you can substitute the ★ ingredients with those of your choice. Chocolate, walnuts, apricot, or raisins are a great option. Recipe by cocoacoa

Ingredients

20 servings
  • 80 grams★Whole wheat flour
  • 60 grams★Oatmeal
  • 30 grams★Fruit granola
  • 2/3 tsp★Baking powder
  • 1/10 tsp★Salt
  • 20 grams★Cranberry (to taste)
  • 10 grams★Coconuts (to taste)
  • 10 grams★Almonds (to taste)
  • 1 tsp★Powdered kanten (optional)
  • 40 grams◎Maple syrup
  • 30 grams◎Vegetable oil
  • 1and 1/2 tablespoon Water

Steps

    Gently rinse the cranberry with lukewarm water. Chop nuts into desired sizes.

  2. 2

    Put the ★ ingredients in a bowl, and gently mix.

  3. 3

    Then add the ◎ ingredients, and combine evenly.

  4. 4

    Add water and mix some more. If it is still too dry to form, add a little extra water.

  5. 5

    Shape about 1 tablespoon of mixture into a ball for each cookie, and place on the baking tray. Press down with your palm to a 5-6 cm thickness.

    Bake in a preheated oven at 150-160°C for about 30 minutes. Make sure to bake through to the centre.
