2 tbsp Carrot chopped
2 tbsp Capsicum chopped
4 tspGhee
1tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsphaldi
1 tspmustard seeds
1 tspginger
10curry leaves
1/2lemon
3 bowlswater

In a pan dry roast suji
Keep aaude

In another pan add ghee, mustard seeds

Now add ginger, curry leaves, carrot and capsicum
Stir it

Add salt, haldi and black pepper

Add suji

Add water cover it on slow flame

When water will evaporate add lemon juice

Serve hot
