Easy Nappage in the Microwave

I wanted to use some nappage and wondered whether I could just make some myself...
There are no tricks to this recipe.
It yields enough nappage for one 20 cm diameter tart.
If you chill the mixture for too long, it will turn into jelly, so don't leave it for too long.

Pour the water into a heat-insulated container and heat it for 1 minute in the microwave (500 W).

Take the water out of the microwave and quickly mix in the gelatin until it dissolves!

Once it has dissolved, add the sugar and dissolve that as well.

Chill the mixture in the fridge until it becomes thicker and it's ready to use!

When it's nice and jiggly, mix it up and brush it over tarts and other desserts.
