Ingredients

  • 45 mlcoconut Oil
  • 45 mlgreen Curry Paste
    Thai Green Curry Paste
  • 1Onion, diced
    How to dice an onion with no tears
  • 30 mlGarlic, minced
  • 1 kgChicken breasts, sliced into 1 cm strips
  • 20 mlFish sauce
  • 15 mlSoy sauce
  • 20 mlLime juice
  • 30 mlPalm Sugar
  • 500 gBroccoli florets
  • 1yellow Bell Pepper
  • 5Spring Onions, diced

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat Oil in wok over medium heat till hot. Add Curry Paste and fry for a minute before adding Onion and Garlic. Fry till translucent.

    Add Chicken and fry till edges turn brown.

    Add Fish and Soy sauce, Lime juice and Sugar and boil for a few minutes.

    Add vegetables and stir fry to desired crispness. Serve with rice.

Tips

How to dice an onion with no tears

Using a chef's knife, slice off top-end. Don't slice off the roots. Peel the onions.
