Fried Chicken (Tenderloin) Wrapped with Nori Seaweed, Great for Bento

My mother used to make this dish when I was a kid. I thought chicken sticks would be fun to eat, so I tried it with chicken tenderloins.
You have to use flour to coat the chicken! If you use katakuriko potato starch flour, it won't be sticky and the nori seaweed won't stick to the chicken.
I used a plastic bag as shown in the picture.
When you are making a large amount, use a bowl!
You can substitute the chicken tenderloins with other kinds of chicken if you'd like. Recipe by Yonkochansan

I previously uploaded a recipe titled [Inexpensive & Filling Chicken Breasts! Juicy Fried Chicken]. I took this and reduced some of the ingredients slightly and then made it into an easy-to-freeze amount. If this recipe makes too much for you, then half everything.Since this is for bento, if you're worried about the garlic, then just add a small amount in or you can completely omit it all together. You add in shichimi spice, but it's just an accent, so it's not going to be overly spicy.Adjust it if your children are going to be eating this. There are too many bento recipes that are soy sauce flavored, so I decided to make a salty version!Cut the meat diagonally to ensure that it is still tender when you eat it.In Step 3 when you're adding in the katakuriko and mixing with chopsticks, if it's still to dry, just add a little water till it's no longer dry.In the morning, just take it out and heat it up for your bento. Easy Striped Bento with Flavoured Nori Seaweed Easy Striped Bento with Flavoured Nori Seaweed
I had a day where I didn't put any effort into any bento side dishes at all, so I thought that I should at least try to do something special with the rice. Ultimately, this is just a nori and rice bento.Pack the rice in so that the edges are slanted! When adding the salt, make sure to sprinkle it over the rice evenly. Whoever eats the bento shouldn't be able to see it!If you like a stronger flavour, then increase the amount of salt.Once you get a feel for how much salt works best for you, it becomes easier to whip up large amounts of onigiri for big events since you won't have to salt every separate batch. Very Handy for Bento! Chicken Breast Teriyaki Flavor Very Handy for Bento! Chicken Breast Teriyaki Flavor
Teriyaki sauce from McDonald's is very sweet, but the mayonnaise makes it even sweeter and thicker. But I really love it - Sometimes I really want to eat it.I tried to recreate the Teriyaki flavor.Make sure you fry the chicken breasts quickly over medium heat as it gets hard when over cooked. The coating will slide off if you over touch it when mixing with sauce. Discard the melted mayonnaise (smooth oil) (it's just oily and tasteless). Avoid using low fat mayonnaise as it does not melt well with heat. Recipe by moj cookpad.japan
