Ingredients

  • 1/2 kgPotatoes
  • 2 tbspOil
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tbspChilli flakes
  • 2 tbspLemon juice
  • 1 tspGarlic paste
  • 2 tbspOnion
  • 1/2 tspGaram masala powder
  • 1 tspChilli powder
  • 5-6Green chillies

Steps

  1. 1

    Peel,dice and boil potatoes till tender.

    Thinly slice the onion.

    Heat oil in a pan.

    Add in onion and garlic.

    Fry till onion is translucent.

    Add in all the ingredients and stir well.

    Gently fold in potatoes.

    Cook covered on dum for 5 minutes.
