  • 3 Cupwheat flour
  • 3 spoonmaida
  • 2 spoonsuji
  • 1/4 tsp hing
  • 1/4 tsp ajwain
  • 2 spoonoil in wheat flour
  • as per tasteSalt
  • as requiredOil for frying

Steps

15 minutes
  1. 1

    For making purees first meet the door along with all ingredients

  2. 2

    Re main it for 20 minutes then make small balls from dough

  3. 3

    Now make small puris from it

  4. 4

    Heat the oil and fry all puris

  5. 5

    No serve with chhole
