Couscous and moringa chicoins with fried meat

Ingredients

  1. 1/2 packCouscous
  2. Moringa leaves 2 handful
  3. 5 tbsOil
  4. 1 cupWater
  5. 1 pinchSalt
  6. 2 cubesMaggi
  7. 3Red pepper
  8. Onion a ball
  9. 1Tattasai
  10. Fried groundnut grounded

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Set a pot on low heat with the water in it, put on a colander over the water n bring to boil.

    Sprinkle alittle of the boiled water on the couscous and turn. Add the ground groundnuts to the couscous n turn

  3. 3

    Grate the onion, pepper n tattasai n made a sauce with the oil. Mix all with the couscous.

    Cook the moringa leaves and drain the water. Mix all together with the couscous and steam on the colander minding the water not to penetrate.

  5. 5

    Serve with the fried meat n enjoy😋
