Grind keema in fine form.
Now grind all spices including green chili, Hara dhania,. - 2
Now in big bowl take all grind masala mix with keema, now adjust salt according to your taste.
Now give charcoal smoke for 5min.
Now make seekh kebab in kebab swekewers or on spoon handle, or some stick.
Now apply oil on fry pan and shallow fry on all over kebab till golden colour. - 3
Serve with green chutney and onion ring.

You can keep the mixture 2hrs or 4hrs marinated.
Then the taste will be good.
