Wash the boneless Chicken breasts and halve them.

Smear with black pepper powder, salt and Rice flour

In a pan heat Canola oil, add the chicken and on low flame cook each side well. Set aside

In the same pan heat Sesame oil and add minced garlic and ginger. Cook until golden and add red chilli flakes. Cook for 30 seconds

Add water, soy sauce and red hot chilli sauce or any Chillies. Mix well and cook until sauce thickens

Add lime juice and mix. Add fried Chicken Breasts.

Coat the chicken breasts well with the sauce. Set aside

Plate on Rice and garnish with sesame seeds, chopped spring onion greens and serve with leafy vegetables. Enjoy a soulful Lunch
