Ingredients

  • 1.5 kgchicken whole
  • 1/8 cupsoya sauce
  • 1/8 cupchilli sauce
  • 3 tablespoonperi peri sauce,
  • 3 tablespoonlemon juice
  • 3 tablespoonlemon juice
  • 3 tablespoonolive oil
  • 2 tablespoonkutti laal mirch
  • 2 tablespoonworcestershire sauce

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all in a bowl then dip the chicken and rub evenly to all parts put in separate box. Once coated, pour the remaining mixture on top of it and refrigerate only if you plan to use it next day. Else put in freezer for some other day.

    Cook the chicken in a big Pateeli. Make sure to pour all your marination sauce with it. Cook on high flame till it starts to boil. Then medium flame. Dont open the lid as it leaves the chicken dry later. Cover and cook for an hour

  3. 3

    When all the masala dries up serve hot 🔥 b.
