Firstly soak cashew paste ingredients for min 10mins then grind into a smooth paste.

Make tomato puree.

Boil vegetables with little water in a pressure cooker for 1 whistle.

Heat butter adds bay leaf, cumin seeds & red chili powder.

Then add tomato puree, & all the spices. add little water & cook for 5mins on low flame.

Then add cashew paste, fresh cream little water & cook again for 5mins on low flame.

Add boiled veggies, mix well.

Then add paneer cubes & cover the lid. cook for 2-3 mins on low flame.

Switch off the flame. Transfer it to a serving bowl. Add grated cheese & butter.

Enjoy with parathas & rice.
