In a pressure cooker add moong add water, salt, turmeric powder, Red chili powder, and give 5 whistles.

Later as the whistle gets cool, mix moong properly। With the help of a hand mixer don't crush it

Now add ghee in small Kadai add cumin seeds and garlic let the garlic turn brown add this tadka in moong

Keep moong cooker in slow flame for 5 minutes, add water if necessary.

Moong is ready to Serve to garnish it with coriander leaves and enjoy😊😊
