Cooking Instructions

Peel off the skin and wash and cut the cube shape and cut the tomato.

Take a pressure cooker add oil, onion paste and fry till light golden brown colour.
- 3
Add Shaljum, tomato and all dry spices and bhonify the Shaljam.
- 4
Add kasuri methi and bhonify together.
- 5
Add water and cook for 10 minutes on pressure cooker
- 6
When Shaljum are soft add green chilli, green coriander leaves and bhonify together and water is dried and oil separates.
- 7
Shaljum ki Bhujia is ready to serve with garma garm roti or naan 😋.
