In a bowl take clean and washed Chuna fish. Marinate with all the above ingredients, keep it aside for 5 minutes.

Heat oil in a kadai. Take small portion of fish mixture, flatten it with help of your palm then add into the oil. Fry it both sides on low flame; if required, cover and cook.

Then Chuna fish fry is ready for serve.
