Cooking Instructions

Heat the olive oil in a pan and sauté the onion, peppers, and garlic until they release their aromas and soften. Add the crushed red pepper and stir for 1 minute.

Add the crushed tomatoes, salt, and pepper along with the broth, and simmer on low heat until the sauce thickens. Add the surimi and let it cook for 2-3 minutes to blend the flavors.

Meanwhile, cook the pasta according to the package instructions, and after draining, mix it with the sauce.

Serve with a little lemon juice and basil if desired.
