Heat a deep pan and add butter with oil

As butter melts add chopped onions and cook for few secs than add chopped garlic, fry it but not brown the onions just soft them.

Add chicken pieces, and then add flour and mix cook for 2mins until nice smell comes out, add black pepper and salt, white pepper

Add stock and milk and cook till it thickens add Parslay. It's ready.

Serve with some toasted chicken and bread croutons.
