Ingredients

  1. 1/2 kgpumpkin
  2. 1 tbspmustard seeds
  3. 1 tbspcumin seeds
  4. 1potato chopped
  5. 3-4tomatoes chopped
  6. 5-6curry leaves
  7. 2green chillies
  8. 1/4 tbspturmeric powder
  9. as per tastesalt
  10. 1 tbspred chilli powder
  11. as required oil
  12. 1 tbspcoriander leaves
  13. 7-8garlic cloves

Cooking Instructions

    Take a pan add oil then put cumin,mustard,curry leaves,garlic cloves and tomatoes and mix it well

    When tomato becomes mashy mash it carefilly.

    Now add all the spices with salt.

    Now add chopped pumpkin and potato in it.

  5. 5

    Cook it on a low flame for 5-10mins.

    Now garnish it with coriander leaves. now pethe ki sabji is ready to serve.
