Achari Paneer paratha
Steps

Knead the semi hard dough with flour, salt, oil & water. let it rest for 10mins.

Crumble the paneer & add salt n black pepper powder to it. Mix well.

Divide the dough into 6 equal portion. make balls & keep aside.

Dust one ball in dry flour & roll the chapati. apply pickle oil evenly on it.

Add 11/2-2 tbsp paneer stuffing & fold it again.

Dust in dry flour & roll itlittle thick then normal chapati.

Put on a hot tawa… cook with butter like a paratha.

Serve hot.
