Steps

Wash amaranth leaves, chop it roughly, wash it again, keep aside.

Take a wok, add oil, heat it. Add garlic now, saute it until brown.

In goes dry red chilli & onion, stir fry it until light brown.

Add aloo now, stir fry it until light brown.
- 5
Now add in amaranth leaves, also add salt & dhania powder, stir fry it for a minute.

Lower the flame, cover it with the lid, cook it until a lil dry.

Open the lid, increase the flame, stir fry it until dry.

Turn off the flame, cover it again.

Open the lid after 2 minutes. Take out in serving bowl.

Can be served along with Roti, Paratha or rice.
