Steps

Grate the potatoes and then dry with a cloth or table towels to remove excess water for easier shaping

Add spices to the potatoes, mix together and shape the potatoes to your desire (oval is the easiest shape) then shallow fry on a non-stick pan while flipping back and forth

After frying place on table towel to drain excess oil and serve with a sauce on the side
