First boil kacha khool drain the water smashed the kacha khool keep it aside. Smashed with the help of spatula.

Then boil you potato then smashed nicely.

Then taken fresh panner (homemade is the best is your option) then grate it fully. Keep it aside.

Then take bread or bread crumbs mix with your all the smashed materials then add your salt, kashmiri mircha and garam masala according to your taste then make a kemon size round shape. Keep the kofta balls separately.

Then take your refined oil heat in a medium flame then control your gas burner one by one pour your prepared kofta let them, fry into golden fry then take it from your kadai let the extra oil drop in your vessel.. Keep it separately.

Boil your tomato and onion keep it separately. Remove the outer skin of the tomato keep it aside..

Then soak your cashew nut in s hot water for sometime.. Then drain the water mix with your boiled tomato and onion keep it aside.

Then grade your ginger and garlic fresh into small piece and smashed it keep it separately.

Take a masala items grind with your tomato and onion (Lavang, cardamon bay leaves, cinnamon combined everything) everything grind it in a mixie grinder make smooth paste keep it separately..

Take a kadai pour some butter and refined oil split some jeera then immediately pour your grinded materials add your ginger garlic paste let them cook for sometime, add kashmiri mircha, salt add milk, then finally add milk cream pour mixed your fried kofta decorated with coriander leaves eat with pulka roti or paratha. Very good dinner to eat and relish..
