Take same measurement for all measurement. Measurement is very important for crispy rava dosa.

First dry roast your one glass rava keep it separately.

Take a big vessel measure your rava and pour it. Then take your maida then pour it immediately. Then add your rice powder, add 4glass of water mix salt with it then take a tadka spoon pour some refined oil then add black rai, chana dal, jeeta, green chilli, hing, curry leaves, cashew nut fry inti golden brown mix with the materials you have prepared cover it with lid let them, settled for sone time. Then add your cooking soda also. The measurement will be doubled.

Then add your sliced fried onions mix with your rava dosa mix then, heat your tawa(iron or non-stick tawa) make the tawa maximum heat then pour your thin, rava dosa in a clock wise direction in the top the wholes will be appeared pour some oil in between after finally turned into golden brown turned into other side then you will get golden crispy OnionRava dosa ready to eat with your chutney and sambar.

For coconut chutney mix your graded coconut, green chilli, ginger, salt, puffed chana dal grind it mixer grinder turned into fine paste add salt and keep it in a vessel.

For coconut chutney tadka take a small kadai vessel pour some refined oil then pour black rsi, urad dal, curry leaves, hing everything crack it nicely then add your chutney.
