Ingredients

2large potato
1/2 Tsp.Salt
1/2 tsp.Turmeric powder
as required Oil for deep frying

Cut the potatoes in thin triangle shape. Marinate it with salt for 15 minutes.

Then heat oil in kadai & add marinated potatoes. Add turmeric powder.

Deep fry for 4 to 5 minutes in high flame.When potatoes turns crispy, its done. Serve it with steamed rice & Dal or as a snacks.
