Cut potato in small pieces.

Take a bowl add potato onion green chilli salt red chilli powder chat masala imli paste and mash it properly.

Mix sugar in hung curd

Place pani puri in plate make a hole in centre fill the potato mixture put 1 tbsp dahi and imli chutney in each puri.

Garnish with dhania pata and bhujia sev.

Serve immediately.
