Boil chicken with salt, cinnamon and water till cooked well.

Remove bones from it and keep chicken stock aside.

Heat butter in a wok and put chopped garlic.

Now add chopped onion and capsicum, sauté for a minute.

Add chicken stock and bring it boil.

Add pepper powder and a pinch of salt.

Add cornflour (mixed with water), soy sauce and cook till it starts thickening.

Switch off the heat and enjoy hot chicken soup.
